Sofi Devoyan awards ESCS gold medal
Honored artist of the Republic of Armenia, "Movses Khorenatsi" medalist, and dance devotee Sofi Devoyan is celebrating her 75th birthday.
On this occasion, the National Center of Folk Music and Dance A. At the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Spendiaryan, the concert evening of the State Dance Ensemble of Armenia under the title "Sophie Devoyan and State Dance" was held.
ESCS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan attended the event.
Congratulating the dancer, Zhanna Andreasyan noted. "What you are doing is not only culture but also physical education and aesthetic taste, thanks to which many children have received the right guidance and knowledge. I am sure that after passing that school, we have acquired not only dancers and artists but also good citizens.
The work and art that you continuously create, making us a participant as well, is appreciated because every performance of yours is a pleasure."
