Armenian vocalists award prizes at Jose Carreras Grand Prix
The second Jose Carreras Grand Prix International Vocal Competition has ended in Moscow, from where Armenian singers will return to Armenia with prizes. Lilit Davtyan won the second prize in the "Best Soprano" category and a Special Prize for the "Best Performance of a Russian Composer by a Foreign Participant in the Competition". Navasard Hakobyan won the third prize in the "Best Baritone" Category, Sargis Bazhbeuk-Melikyan is also the third in the "Best Bass" section.
