A book dedicated to the life and activity of Hovhannes Chekijian publishes in Yerevan
The book "Ohannes Tchekidjian: Life and Career" was published in Yerevan with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. Anna Asatryan, director of the Art Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, doctor of arts, and professor, is the author of the book.
The work is dedicated to the 95th birthday of Ohannes Tchekidjian, the longtime artistic director and chief conductor of the National Academic Choir of Armenia, the National Hero of Armenia.
Daniel Danielyan, the RA's Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, attended the book's presentation at the RA National Academy of Sciences.
The work is edited by Professor Ararat Aghasyan, a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences.
