The project with the slogan "Finding a common language" to be held in Yerevan
The project, with the slogan "Finding a common language," will be held in Yerevan on October 25-26. It is implemented by the German Organisation High Art Bureau with the financial support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Within the festival, on October 26, at 5 p.m., the premiere of a performance created by 30 young people from Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh, and Russia will take place in the Small Theater of Yerevan. Over 10 days in Tbilisi, they worked with international choreographers and musicians to find a common language that transcends differences in culture, background, language, gender, and disability.

The international team of performers includes Larisa Afanaseva, director of the Uppsala Circus, musician Ilya Gindin of the Dobranoch group, Denis Vedmetsky, founder of the Drum Theater orchestra, duduk player Artak Khachatryan, multi-instrumentalist and composer Dimitri Lekveishvili, choreographer and model Alika Paeske, dancer, founder of the Modern Choreography Laboratory Hasmik Tangyan.

In addition, within the festival framework, the "Towards Equality. Culture and Education in Dialogue" discussion project aims to overcome accessibility challenges in Armenia's cultural and educational sectors through dialogue and the exchange of experience between German and Armenian experts.

It will take place on October 25. The theme is accessibility and inclusiveness in culture and education. At the event, participants will get to know examples of best practices in Germany, participate in discussions with well-known experts, and develop solutions for their organization.

The discussion will be moderated by experts Dr. Christiane Schrübbers, museum expert and consultant on inclusion and accessibility in cultural institutions and museums, and Dr. Kate Brehme, curator and art educator.

The entire event will be translated into Armenian. This program is implemented with the support of the German Embassy in Armenia and the Goethe Center of Yerevan.
