Outdoor photo exhibition "Aznavour by Kasparian" opens in Yerevan
The Aznavour Foundation continues celebrating Charles Aznavour's 100th anniversary with a series of festive events.
On July 9, an outdoor photo exhibition, "Aznavour by Kasparian," was inaugurated at Charles Aznavour Square in the heart of Yerevan. The opening ceremony featured speeches by Kristina Aznavour, executive director of the Aznavour Foundation, and Lidia Kasparian, daughter of photographer Roger Kasparian.
Visitors are invited to explore the exhibition over the next month, enjoying exclusive photographs captured by the renowned French-Armenian photographer Roger Kasparian. The collection includes iconic shots from Aznavour's famous 1960 concert at the Alhambra concert hall, intimate moments at his mansion in France, his family environment, social gatherings, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. Kasparian uniquely captured these moments, offering a rare perspective on Aznavour's life.
