Trilateral Memorandum for the Development of Music Arts and Festival Culture in Kapan
Today, the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports signed a memorandum of understanding with the State Philharmonia of Armenia and the "Kapan Music Festival" NGO.
The paper was signed by Daniel Danielyan, Deputy Minister of the RA ESCS; Artyom Naghdyan, Director of the State Philharmonia of Armenia and Sevak Avanesyan, President of the Kapan Music Festival NGO.
Daniel Danielyan, deputy minister of ESCS, noted that the signing of the memorandum is one of the excellent examples aimed at strengthening state-public sector collaborations in culture. It aims to enhance musical art and festival culture in Armenian regions, particularly in the city of Kapan, as well as to establish sufficient infrastructure, material, and technological bases.
