The "New Names" festival will bring together five dozen young musicians
With the support of the Ministry of ESCS, the 11th international festival of young musicians-performers "New Names" will be held on December 10-13.

In 2022, around 5 dozen talented young musicians from Armenia, Artsakh, Russia, Georgia, the USA, and Iran, multiple laureates of international and republican competitions and festivals, and scholarship recipients of various foundations will participate in the festival. 

The opening ceremony of the 11th edition will take place on December 10 at 7 p.m. at the Komitas Chamber Music House, the solo performances of the participants will be held on December 11 and 12, in the same place. 

The Gala closing of the festival and the performance of young soloists with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia under the direction of conductor Harutyun Arzumanyan will be held on December 13 at Aram Khachatryan concert hall. "Westminster" string quartet from Great Britain will perform E. Elgar's "Introduction and Allegro" for quartet and orchestra.
