Ballet premieres took place at Choreography college in Yerevan
With the support of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Armenia, the premiere of the ballets Glazunov's "Raymonda" and "Back to the Roots" was held at the Yerevan State Choreography College, directed by Davit Galstyan. The performances were performed by students and alumni of the college.

The event was attended by Ara Khzmalyan, Deputy Minister of ESCS, and Karen Durgaryan, director of the A. Spendiaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, and representatives of the field.

Ara Khzmalyan congratulated the staff of the college on the occasion of the premieres and noted the importance of state support in their implementation. "This school is the guarantor of the future of the National Theater of Opera and Ballet, and in this regard, the role and support of the state is very important. As a result of the Ministry's consistent attention, the relationship between the college and the professional stage, the Opera, has become closer. According to Ara Khzmalyan, if the Yerevan State Choreography College does not have public recognition and appeal, and the admitted young man is not sure of securing his professional activity, then the highest platform, the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, will simply be called into question. "College students are already enrolled in theater performances, and this is the normal cycle, without which it is impossible to imagine the progress of the field," said the deputy minister.
