International Festival of Symphony Orchestras to be held in Yerevan
At the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, another major project will be implemented from September 17 to 24. The first Yerevan International Festival of Symphony Orchestras, "Yerevan Classic Fest", will be held on the open-air stage in Tumanyan park.
"The Academy" Orchestra of the La Scala Theatre in Milan and the St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic Orchestra will perform on the same stage with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia, the Orchestra and Choir of the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, the State Symphonic Orchestra of Armenia, and "Yerevan" Youth Symphonic Orchestra of Yerevan Municipality.
