The Dellalian Trio - Marina Dellalyan (piano), Narine Dellalian (violin) and her husband Levon Mouradian (cello) - was founded in Lisbon in 1995 by the two daughters of Armenian composer Harutiun Dellalian. The Trio’s mission and philosophy is to perform not only the international music repertoire in cooperation with other artists but also to honor the work of Harutiun Dellalian and to make Armenian music accessible to audiences worldwide. They completed their musical training at the Specialized Music School in Yerevan after Tchaikovsky and the National State Conservatory after Komitas, Yerevan. Levon Mouradian continued his musical education at the Conservatory of Tchaikovsky, Moscow. The Dellalian Trio’s musical cooperation had its inception in Lisbon, where they have lived since the early 1990s. To the present day, they performed in the most prestigious international concert halls, cultural centers, and museums in Europe, USA, South America and Asia.
