Anna Netrebko's Azeri husband refuses to share the stage with Ruzan Mantashyan

Yusif Eivazov, the husband of Azerbaijani soprano Anna Netrebko, has refused to sing with soprano Ruzan Mantashyan at the opening of the annual Dresden Opera Ball. The event will take place on February 7. On this occasion, prominent Armenian soprano Hasmik Papyan posted a post on her Facebook page.
"Where did we get ... Azeri nationality, soprano Anna Netrebko's husband, singer Yusif Eivazov refused to appear on February 7 at the annual Opera Ball opening ceremony in Dresden with Armenian singer Ruzan Mantashyan, citing the latter’s nationality as a reason. I have performed many times at Dresden opera and I can't remember such a thing. I'm going to raise a voice of protest ... ”, writes the singer.
