Karine Hovhannisyan and Vardan Badalyan award ESCS medal

For high-level preservation, development, and transmission of Armenian musical art to future generations, as well as for 35 years of activity in the State Dance Ensemble of Armenia, Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia and Professor at the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, canunist Karine Hovhannisyan, was awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

Singer Vardan Badalyan was also awarded the Medal of the Ministry of ESCS of the Republic of Armenia for his dedicated work, high-level presentation, preservation, development, and transmission of Armenian folk singing to future generations. The awards were presented by Daniel Danielyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

The Deputy Minister thanked the artists for their significant contributions to the field of music, wishing them success.
