With the support of the ESCS Ministry, the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia performed at the Madeleine Church in Paris with the “Musical Fireworks” concert program, which featured works by Armenian composers. The State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia is the first Armenian orchestra to perform at the Madeleine Church.

The concert was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Daniel Danielyan, Armenian Ambassador to France Arman Khachatryan, foreign ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions accredited in France, cultural and public figures, and representatives of the French-Armenian community.

The packed hall of the Madeleine Church featured works by Komitas, Aram Khachatryan, Tigran Mansuryan, Robert Amirkhanyan, and Charles Aznavour. The concert was conducted by Sipan Olah. The soloists were Hayarpi Yeghikyan (soprano), Hakob Muradyan (oboe), and Sona Barseghyan (piano).

This memorable evening dedicated to Armenian culture was held under the high patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in France, as well as with the support of AGBU-France and the “Friends of the Embassy of Armenia” association.
