Armenian National Music will broadcast "New Names" 10th International Festival
Armenian National Music will broadcast the 10th "New Names" International Festival of Young Musicians-Performers. The event entitled "Peace in the Heart" will be held on December 26. The festival is implemented with the support of the Ministry of ESCS of the Republic of Armenia, initiated by the "New Names" program of Armenia (President of the "Association of Cultural Figures", Honored Cultural Worker of the Republic of Armenia Silva Mekinyan).
The 10th International Festival of Young Musicians-Performers "New Names" was traditionally scheduled to be held in June, but the postponement was due to the COVID-19 pandemic - the legal regime of the state of emergency.
This year, more than 5 dozen young musicians from Armenia, Artsakh, Russia, USA, Lithuania, France, Japan, Georgia (multiple laureates of the international and republican competitions and festivals, Diaspora Armenians) are participating in the 3 online concert programs of the festival. In the online concert hall of the festival are also the former members of the "New Names" program of Armenia, who are already professional musicians-performers.
The online concert hall will allow gathering a larger audience under the message of "Peace in the heart" of the festival, to introduce young musicians to their "musical challenges".
