Tigran Hamasyan has awarded two prizes at Deutscher Jazzpreis
World-famous jazz pianist Tigran Hamasyan has awarded two prizes at Deutscher Jazzpreis, German jazz awards. It is launched by the German government's Commissioner for Culture and Media.
Armenian pianist won in two categories - "Piano/Keyboards" and “Artist of the Year, International” for his last album "The Call Within". Winners were announced at a live-streamed awards ceremony on June 3.
