Concert dedicate-to the jubilee of Aram Khachaturian to be held in Charentsavan
With the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, an "Aram Khachaturian 120" concert will be held on June 18 in the Aram Khachaturian Music School organ hall in Charentsavan. It will be held during the anniversary events of the famous composer's birthday. The orchestra of the A. Spendiaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet (conductor: Karen Durgaryan) and pianist Vahagn Margaryan will perform during the event.
The concert features Aram Khachaturian's Symphony No. 3 ("Symphony-poem"), for the symphony orchestra, 15 solo trumpets and organ, and S. Rachmaninov's Piano concerto n. 2 (soloist: Vahagn Margaryan).
