“Songs of love”: dedication to the feast of love
A concert entitled “Songs of Love” dedicated to the Feast of St. Sarkis took place on February 15th in the A. Spendiaryan House-museum. The concert program included unique musical examples on love theme - songs, romances, arias and duets. "Songs of love" were sung in different languages - Armenian, Russian, English, Spanish, Italian, German, French and Czech, understandable for everyone thanks to the universal language - music.
The participants of the concert were the students of the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory Docent Liana Vardanyan’s academic vocal class - Nare Tchagharyan, Maryana Gevorgyan, Mariam Hovhannisyan, Anna Khachatryan (soprano), Hripsime Sargsyan (mezzo-soprano), Davit Khachatryan (tenor) and Samvel Yepremyan (baritone). Piano accompanist – Izabella Shakhsuvaryan.
One of the young singers - Davit Khachatryan is 44-Day Artsakh War participant and has awarded by The Medal of Courage of the RA Ministry of Defense.
