Concert dedicated to the jubilee of Yervand Yerkanyan to be held in Yerevan
On the initiative of the National Chamber Music Center, a concert dedicated to the 70th anniversary of composer, violinist, RA Honored Art Worker Yervand Yerkanyan will take place on November 26, at Komitas Chamber Music Hall.
During the concert, "Tagharan" Ensemble of Ancient Music (artistic director-conductor: Sedrak Yerkanyan), Yerevan State Chamber Choir (artistic director-conductor: Christina Voskanyan), "Little Singers of Armenia" choir (artistic director and chief conductor, Tigran Hekekyan) The "Geghard" choir (artistic director: Mher Navoyan, conductor: Anahit Papayan), "ARAR" choir (artistic director, conductor: Gor Melkumyan) will perform Yervand Yerkanyan's choral and instrumental works.
