Event series dedicated to Aram Khachaturian took place in Tbilisi
As part of the jubilee program dedicated to the 120th birthday of the famous composer Aram Khachaturian, several events were held in Tbilisi on November 27.

The State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, led by conductor Harutyun Arzumanyan, performed at the concert. The concert was attended by Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, chairman of the jubilee committee on Aram Khachaturian's 120th anniversary,  His Grace Bishop Kirakos Davtyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Armenia, Daniel Danielyan, Deputy Minister of the Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, representatives of Georgian state bodies and parliament, ambassadors and diplomats of some countries accredited in Georgia, public and cultural figures, representatives of the Armenian community.
 
Also, in Tbilisi, in the house where Aram Khachaturan lived from 1908-1922, a plaque dedicated to the memory of the famous Armenian composer was installed.

The author of the plaque is architect Semyon Barseghyan. The installation of the plaque was carried out at the initiative of the Aram Khachaturian Museum with the participation of the RA Embassy in Georgia.
