A temporary exhibition dedicated to Ganachian's 140th anniversary opened in Yerevan
The Museum of Literature and Art has opened a temporary exhibition dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the 20th-century Diaspora Armenian composer and conductor Parsegh Ganachian. The exhibition features exhibits related to his life and activities.

 "This exhibition at the Museum of Literature and Art commemorates the 140th anniversary ofGanachian's birth. Here is his violin, which his father had given to Barsegh. It remained with him until his death and is now displayed in the museum. We may also see a portrait with Komitas, countless other images, personal possessions, including the honor he won for his remarkable contribution to Armenian and other national cultures—the Order of the Mothers of Lebanon, Class A",- noted Tsoghik Bekaryan, Head of the Music Department of the museum noted.
