"Hover" chamber choir to perform in Eufonie festival
"Hover" state chamber choir will perform as part of the Eufonie festival in Warsaw, Poland's capital. The concert will be held on November 23. Sona Hovhannisyan and Narine Voskanyan, the choir's conductors, will lead the performance.
Krzysztof Penderecki, Franz Liszt, Gustav Mahler, Djord Ligeti, Arvo Pjart, Raymond Murray Shaffer, and Henrik Mikulai Gurecki are among the composers included in the first half of the program. The choir will sing works by Komitas, Edgar Hovhannisyan, Arzas Voskanyan, Anna Azizyan, and Vache Sharafyan in the second half of the event.
The Polish National Center of Culture organizes the Eufonie International Music Festival of Central-Eastern Europe with the cooperation of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
