9 names of 37 musical instruments to be purchased by ESCS
The RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports plans to acquire 9 names of 37 musical instruments for the music and art schools of the Armenian regions within the framework of the "Acquisition of musical instruments for music and art schools" program in 2023: piano, violin, cello, clarinet, flute, saxophone, xylophone, canon, tar.
Many talented children are excluded from the art education system because they do not have or cannot afford an instrument. This program is aimed at ensuring access, and affordability of out-of-school education and is essential in alleviating the social burden of the beneficiaries of the sector.
In total, within the "Acquisition of musical instruments for music and art schools" framework, 659 musical instruments were purchased in different years and provided to music and art schools to replenish the material and technical base.
