Armenian soprano Juliana Grigoryan wins Operalia 2022
Armenian soprano Juliana Grigoryan was announced as the Placido Domingo's Operalia 2022 World Opera Competition winner. Juliana Grigoryan was also awarded the Rolex Prize of the Audience. Armenian soprano shared the first prize with US tenor Anthony León.
This year the competition is held in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Totally 33 opera singers from different countries got the right to participate in the contest.
