Let's find the best ways to give a positive and enlightening charge to our people: Vahram Dumanyan
The Minister of ESCS of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Dumanyan met with the directors and artistic directors of the concert organizations headed by the Ministry.  Deputy Minister Ara Khzmalyan also took part in the meeting.

In his welcoming speech, the Minister noted that the purpose of the meeting is cognitive in nature to get acquainted with those responsible for the field of music.

"It is a pleasure for me to enjoy not only your art but also to have practical conversations with you, to raise the existing problems in the field and to discuss the ways to solve them. I know there are many problems, but I am sure that by uniting the efforts of all of us, we will have solutions in time. And I look forward to your professional support in overcoming these challenges together. It is noteworthy that in the conditions of the pandemic, after the war, there is a declining mood in the society, but we do not have the right to break it, in this respect, the cultural-cultural activity has a healing mission. Let's find the best ways and means to give a positive and enlightening charge to our people," said Minister V. Dumanyan հայտնել to express readiness to find any ways to achieve that goal.

Deputy Minister Ara Khzmalyan noted that the heads of both theatrical and concert organizations have made serious efforts in the conditions of the pandemic, the state of war, to make sure that the activities of the organizations are not interrupted. He once again thanked his colleagues for their high civic awareness and professionalism.

Afterward, Ara Khzmalyan informed the Minister about concert programs, in particular, the State Song Theater, the National Center for Chamber Music, overhaul, technical equipment, acquisition of musical instruments, as well as reforms at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, new programs. Carrying out the implemented works, V. Dumanyan assured that in the near future he will visit concert organizations to get acquainted with the work done on the spot.

The heads of the concert organizations briefly presented their proposals aimed at the reforms in the field, informed about the upcoming programs.

"It is necessary to implement the planned concert programs in the regions, border communities and Artsakh," said Minister V. Hovhannisyan, emphasizing the need for cultural decentralization in the regions and in Artsakh. Dumanyan said. 

The Minister also added that this year is Babajanyan and Mirzoyan's 100th anniversary, and governmental commissions will be set up to properly celebrate the anniversaries of great Armenian composers.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister reaffirmed his readiness to solve the existing difficulties through joint efforts and thanked those present for their work.
