The Minister of ESCS received Armenian composers
The Minister of ESCS of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Dumanyan received the management staff and a number of members of the Composers' Union of Armenia and the Armenian Music Forum. Deputy Minister Ara Khzmalyan also took part in the meeting.
Welcoming composers, V. Dumanyan noted that the meetings with the representatives of the cultural sphere give positive impulses and are always expected.
"We live in a rather difficult period. epidemic, war, the aftermath. Our people today need spiritual and cultural energy. The desire to get out of the current situation alone is not enough. It must become a goal to achieve results through persistent, consistent steps. "I am confident that with your help and joint active efforts we can implement all that," he said. Next, the Minister noted the importance of education, including art education, and viewed it from the perspective of national security.
In response, the composers said that they had implemented various educational programs in previous years, and now they are ready to continue their contribution to this important work through courses, master classes, meetings, and discussions.
