Mozart's Requiem to be performed in Genocide commemorative concert
With the support of the RA Ministry of ESCS, the Armenian Genocide commemorative concert will be held on April 23, 11:59 p.m. at Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall. According to the ANPO press office, W.A. Mozart's Requiem will be performed during the evening.
The Requiem will be performed by Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra (Artistic director and principal conductor: Eduard Topchjan), Hover Chamber Choir (choirmasters: Sona Hovhannisyan and Narine Voskanyan), Yerevan State Chamber Choir (Artistic Director and choirmaster: Kristine Voskanyan). Soloists: Elisabeth Meyer, soprano (Sweden), Sofia Tumanyan, mezzo-soprano, Tigran Melkonyan, tenor and André Morsch, bass (Germany).
