Instruments provided by Japan Government to be presented on February 11
On February 11, the Komitas Chamber Music Hall will host a concert-presentation of new musical instruments provided to the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia: Yamaha piano, cymbals, large and small drums, xylophone, glockenspiel, tubular bells, system bell.

The instruments were provided to the orchestra by the Grassroots grant program of the Government of Japan.

The project was implemented on the initiative of Norayr Nazaryan, Director of the NCOA, as a result of cooperation and follow-up work with the Ambassador of Japan to Armenia Jun Yamada.
The State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia (artistic director, conductor Vahan Martirosyan) and pianist Akane Sakai (Japan) will perform at the presentation-concert.

Program: Mozart - Piano Concerto No. 9 "Jeunehomme", Bizet-Shchedrin - "Carmen Suite" for string orchestra and percussion.
