Two symphonic and two chamber concerts will be performed within the "Pilgrimage to Beethoven" in December
Two symphonic and two chamber concerts will take place in December within the "Pilgrimage to Beethoven" festival of the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra. 

On December 16, on Beethoven's birthday, at Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the 5th and 6th symphonies of the genius composer.
On the next day, the orchestra will perform  Beethoven's Symphonies No. 1 and No. 4. The concerts will be conducted by the orchestra's artistic director and principal conductor Eduard Topchjan. The orchestra, observing all the anti-epidemic rules, during this period carried out active experiments, prepared properly for the performance of Beethoven's genius symphonies.

In addition, chamber concerts will be organized in December, during which the soloists of ANPO will perform.

Also this month the orchestra will record the first five symphonies of the genius composer Ludwig van Beethoven within the festival. During this period a documentary film series dedicated to Beethoven will be prepared and screened.

The "Pilgrimage to Beethoven" festival is organized by the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. The festival pays tribute to the legacy of the genius composer, who was creating in the context of his eternal struggle against darkness.
