Victoria Dobrovolskaya to conduct Chamber Orchestra of Armenia
The State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia will perform at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall on May 7 at 19:00 under the direction of conductor Victoria Dobrovolskaya (Russia). Violinist Elizaveta Glazunova (Russia) will perform as a soloist with the orchestra. In the program: W. A Mozart, P. Tchaikovsky, D. Shostakovich.
Victoria Dobrovolskaya is a laureate of the All-Russian Music Competition (Moscow, 2015).
Since 2011 she has been conducting regular concerts as a conductor. Participates in various projects, including opera gala concerts at the Musical Theater of the Republic of Karelia, "Carmina Burana" at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, a series of concerts with the St. Petersburg Youth Symphony Orchestra, preparation of the opera Cinderella by G. Rossini at the Rossini in Pesaro (Italy), preparation of symphonic programs with the A.R. Paulavichus youth symphony orchestra, including symphonies by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov, R. Strauss, concerts by Prokofiev, Dvorak, etc.).
