Inclusive music art festival "Side by Side" culminated in Yerevan
The gala concert of the 4th international inclusive music art festival "Side by Side" was held at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after A. Spendiaryan on December 3, the International Day of Disabled Persons declared by the UN General Assembly.
Mrs. Anna Hakobyan, Armenia's Prime Minister's wife, Daniel Danielyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, authorities, representatives of diplomatic missions in the Republic of Armenia, and guests attended the concert.
On behalf of Minister Zhanna Andreasyan, the Deputy Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Armenia, Daniel Danielyan, welcomed the attendees and congratulated the festival's participants and organizers on the successful completion of an important initiative. The deputy minister wished the festival prosperity and a green road.
Naira Sargsyan, the founder-director of the international inclusive music art festival "Side by Side," expressed her appreciation to the event's sponsors, and partners.
Children and young people with exceptional abilities presented vocal, musical, and dance performances with famous musicians, musical ensembles, and individual performers at the gala concert. Representatives from Russia, Bahrain, and Georgia met with Armenian participants as well.
This year's celebration drew over 150 children from various inclusive institutions in RA Marzes, Yerevan, and abroad.
