Director of the Conservatory Didier Vadgo, emphasizing the importance of implementing such programs in strengthening French-Armenian cultural ties, highly appreciated the performance level of the young Armenian musicians. He thanked the initiators of the program, assuring that the Valence Conservatory will be actively involved in the programs to strengthen the newly formed cooperation and organize mutual visits.
As part of the trip, the program participants were received by the Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Lyon, Narine Nikolyan.
It should be noted that the “Sister Schools” program, implemented at the initiative of Yerevan Al. Hekimyan Music School began its activities in 2019, uniting music and art schools, teachers, and students of the republic over the years.
Every year, students and teachers from music and art schools across the republic participate in mutual visits within the framework of the program. During these visits, they perform concert programs, organize various events for the exchange of experiences, hold master classes, and promote patriotism.
