The 2023-2027 strategy for the preservation, development, and popularization of Armenia's culture is approved
The 2023-2027 strategy for the preservation, development, and popularization of Armenia's culture and the plan of action ensuring its implementation were approved.
The strategy is built on a toolkit for comprehensive analysis of cultural heritage and contemporary art, and proposals for actions needed to consider and use culture as a resource for sustainable development.
The strategy defines the priorities for the development of the culture sector arising from the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the assumed international obligations, according to which it will be ensured:
• Preservation of cultural heritage and uninterrupted transmission to generations
• The formation of an institutional environment for the development of creative fields and the manifestation of the abilities of creators
•Cultural accessibility and inclusiveness
• Positioning Armenia as a country that carries and creates world cultural values
