Young violinist Davit Babayan won the 2nd prize in the international competition
Joung Armenian violinist Davit Babayan, a member of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Armenia's "Support for the Development and Improvement of the Professional Abilities of talented young musicians-performers" program, won second place in group B (12-14 years old) of the International Showcase Music Competition held in Hamburg.
David performed with the "New Jersey Sinfonietta" orchestra to celebrate his triumph, as decided by the competition jury.
"The program aims to develop, improve, and encourage the skills of the most talented young musicians-performers aged 10-20 (classical musical instruments: piano, violin, cello)."
