ANM Publisher Terms
Publishers grant ANM Media a non-exclusive license to market, preview, watermark, sell and deliver approved scores while retaining ownership of their work.
Rights and quality
The publisher warrants that they control every right required for each submission. Only qualifying Armenian-composer works and Armenian transcriptions may be submitted. Scanned PDFs are prohibited; scores must be manually engraved. ANM review is an editorial quality process and does not verify ownership or assume the publisher's legal responsibility.
Review and publication
Every application, contract, score, revision and payout is subject to admin review. ANM may request changes, edit metadata, reject, suspend or unpublish content and will record the reason in the publisher workspace.
Earnings and payouts
Each sale records the final paid amount, tax, payment-provider fees, ANM commission and publisher net. Earnings are held for the refund period and become available after reconciliation. Refunds and chargebacks create negative ledger entries. Payouts are manual bank transfers, subject to the contractual threshold, verified bank details and wire fees.
This publisher agreement must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before marketplace applications are enabled.
