A. Khachaturian House-Museum to celebrate the jubilee of Edward Mirzoyan
Aram Khachaturian House-Museum will celebrate the 100th anniversary of beloved Armenian composer, Edward Mirzoyan, who is a follower of Aram Khachaturian's composing school and a close friend of the Museum.
Within the series “Musical Thursday in Khachaturian's House” famous Armenian musicians will perform in jubilee concert: RA Honored Artist Narek Hakhnazaryan (cello), the pianist of Khachaturian Trio Armine Grigoryan, soloist of. Spendiaryan Opera and ballet national academic theatre Siranush Gasparyan (soprano), Komitas National String Quartet, Yelena Vardazaryan (piano). Master of the ceremony: musicologist Olya Nuridjanyan. The program includes chamber works by the renowned composer.
Besides, the audience can also enjoy the photo exhibition from the Museum collection dedicated to Edward Mirzoyan’s and Arno Babadjanyan’s 100th anniversary.
