Three Armenian composers, three centennials
A concert entitled "Three Armenian composers, three centennials" will take place in Arlington, Massachusetts on March 25. The event is dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of renowned Armenian composers Edward Mirzoyan, Alexander Arutiunian, and Arno Babajanyan.
The concert is organized by The Amaras Art Alliance, an organization based in Watertown, Massachusetts. The concert features composers' chamber works. Soprano Knarik Nerkakaryan, pianists Levon Hovsepyan and Nune Hakobyan, trumpet player Richard Watson, clarinetist Mher Mnatsakanyan, as well as a string quartet (Violin: Sargis Karapetyan, Armenuhi Hovakimyan, Oleg Soloviev and Cherry Kim) will perform during the concert.
