An exibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Ghazaros Saryan opened in Yerevan
The exhibition entitled “Martiros Saryan։ Fatherly Love" opened on May 14 at M. Saryan House-Museum and will run until October 15. The exhibition is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great Armenian composer Ghazaros Saryan. The exhibition presents Martiros Saryan's paintings and graphic works from the National Gallery of Armenia, the M. Saryan House Museum, and the Saryan family collection.
At the opening ceremony, for the first time in Armenia, the melodies of two songs written by Ghazaros Saryan during the Second World War were performed by accordionist Gegham Hovakimyan.
