Vincent Royer to perform in Armenia within the regional concert series "Listen!"
The State Philharmonia of Armenia, with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, presents an international concert series entitled "Listen!" in four regions of Armenia with the participation of four eminent musicians.
As part of the final stage of the project, the renowned violist and composer, Vincent Royer (France), will be hosted in the Syunik region of Armenia. On July 28 at 2 p.m. Vincent Royer will lead a master class with the participation of young local musicians. On the same day at 7 p.m., he will perform a solo concert at the Organ Hall of Kapan State College of Arts.
On July 30 Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall will host a remarkable musical event with prominent artist. Vincent Royer will perform Armenian premiers of four compositions by Giacinto Scelsi and Horatiu Radulescu - two of most innovative and enigmatic musicians of the last century.
