ANPO and Yerevan Opera to cooperate closely։ Karen Durgaryan
Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra and Yerevan Opera will closely cooperate, the newly appointed director of the theater, conductor Karen Durgaryan said during the press conference. On September 2 he opened the first concert of the 96th concert season of ANPO at Khachatryan Concert Hall, the soloist of which was pianist Ashot Khachaturyan.
"Not only I will be engaged in ANPO activity, but also opposite: Maestro Topchjan will join us," said Durgaryan. The Opera House will start its 2021-22 season on September 16 with "Gayane" ballet. According to Durgaryan, the problems faced by the Opera House did not arise in a year and a lot of things should be done.
