An evening dedicated to the anniversary of S․ Parajanov at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet
On October 21 and 22, the Alexander Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre will host an anniversary evening dedicated to the 100th birthday of the great filmmaker Sergei Parajanov, with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.
This evening, dedicated to a unique and incomparable artist, will also be special in its form and content. The performance will include fragments of Parajanov’s life, his thoughts, and his voice. Join us for an emotionally charged evening filled with Parajanov’s spirit, to remember, rediscover, appreciate, and love the great master once again.
Sergei Parajanov’s 100th anniversary is part of the RA Government’s anniversary events and is included in UNESCO’s 2024-2025 calendar of anniversaries of significant figures and events.
