A concert dedicated to Ruben Altunyan's memory to take place in Yerevan
A concert dedicated to the memory of Armenian composer, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Altunyan will take place on January 19, at 7 p.m., at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall. The tribute concert will be performed by the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia (artistic director and principal conductor: Vahan Martirosyan) under the direction of conductor Harutyun Arzumanyan. The soloist will be Marianna Gorgyan, the winner of the "Music of the Nations of the World" nomination at the "Global Cultural Initiative World Folk Vision" contest-festival.
The concert program will feature works by Ruben Altunyan and Khachatur Avetisyan.
